We refreshed the visual identity by shifting from overly saturated reds and blues to calmer, more refined blue tones. This created a polished, professional feel while still honoring the patriotic theme central to their mission. To further distinguish the brand, I designed custom illustrations representing each core service. These branded graphics gave the website a cohesive visual language, making complex government processes feel more accessible and less intimidating.
Understanding that their audience is highly segmented, I developed distinct landing page designs tailored to each certification pathway—Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, and Veteran-Owned Small Business Certifications. Each page speaks directly to its target audience through focused messaging, benefits-driven content, and strategically placed calls-to-action. This personalization strengthened engagement and improved clarity around the unique value Government Services Exchange provides to each business owner.
Beyond aesthetics, the redesign focused heavily on structure and user flow. Clear navigation, simplified explanations of contracting vehicles, and strategically organized content guide visitors through what can otherwise be a complicated process. The site was built to position Government Services Exchange not just as a service provider, but as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
